These Terms of Service govern access to and use of nexolens.site and its services. The site is operated by Navazz Group LLC. By using it, you accept these terms and the applicable published policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Capacity and permitted use
You must have legal capacity to enter contracts or use the site with permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the site for illegal activity, fraud, technical interference, unauthorized automated extraction, infringement of rights, or distribution of harmful code.
2. Store information
We try to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability, and specifications accurate. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or manufacturing. We may correct errors, update content, limit quantities, or remove products while respecting accepted orders and legal rights.
3. Optical products and health
Unless expressly stated, products are offered in predetermined configurations and reading strengths and are not individually made from a prescription. Site content is informational and does not replace an eye examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional. Stop use and seek advice if you experience persistent discomfort or visual changes.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order by confirmation or shipment, as provided by applicable law. We may reject or cancel for lack of inventory, obvious error, inability to verify payment or identity, shipping restrictions, or reasonable suspicion of fraud. If canceled, we refund amounts charged for items not supplied.
6. Prices, taxes, and currency
Prices and payment methods are displayed at checkout. Currency may depend on the market. Banks or issuers may apply conversion or fees. Taxes, duties, and charges apply according to destination and the information shown during checkout.
7. Shipping, returns, and warranties
The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy apply. They supplement, but do not limit, mandatory rights of withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or remedy.
8. Promotions and reviews
Promotions may have conditions, dates, limits, and exclusions and cannot be combined unless stated. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringe rights. We may moderate them under applicable law and our rules.

The site, trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, software, and design belong to Navazz Group LLC, its licensors, or suppliers and are protected. The site uses Shopify and may integrate payments, carriers, social networks, analytics, and other services. Third parties may have their own terms and policies. We do not control external services, although we remain responsible where the law so provides.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features. If a change materially affects an order or acquired right, we will act in accordance with law.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, the service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product related to the claim unless law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, injury, defective products, mandatory rights, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses caused by deliberate unlawful use of the site or breach of these terms, but not for liabilities that belong to the Store.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico and the United States, without excluding mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. Consumers retain access to courts or resolution mechanisms that apply mandatorily. Before bringing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
15. Severability, waiver, and assignment
If a provision is invalid, it will be adjusted or severed without affecting the remainder. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. We may assign the contract in a business reorganization provided legal rights are not reduced; you may not assign it without consent where this affects our obligations.
