Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through www.nexolens.site, operated by Navazz Group LLC.

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery when the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging when applicable.

To request a return, email support@nexolens.site with your order number, reason for the request and photos when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping terms are explained in our complete Returns & Refunds Policy.
