Return Window
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging when applicable.
How to Start a Return
Email support@nexolens.site with your order number, reason for return and photos when the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return Approval and Shipping
Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect because of our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Non-Returnable Cases
